LenderSignals · Not AI theater. Not a vendor pitch. Fifteen years in the room.
Fifteen years scratching and clawing through mortgage. 300+ on-record conversations with the people who actually run this industry. A bigger network and more resources than anyone you'll meet at your next conference. I don't lead with a price tag — I lead with a free proposal. And I don't introduce myself to anyone above you until I've already made you look good.
The call that makes your job safer, not smaller.
Why the smartest person in the building calls anyway
The reason most people don't call isn't the cost. It's the fear that bringing in outside help makes them look replaceable. It's the opposite — and here's exactly how this works.
The first proposal costs you nothing. It never touches a budget, a purchase order, or your boss's inbox until you say go.
No introduction to anyone above you, no name-drop, no pitch meeting — not until I've already made you look like the one who found the answer.
Whoever's above you, below you, or blocking you doesn't get a vote on the read I give you. That's the whole value of calling someone who doesn't work there.
Fifteen years scratching and clawing through this industry, 300+ on-record conversations with the people who run it — not another AI deck out of a lab that's never sold a thing into mortgage.
If you're the one doing the work
You've got a problem you can't solve because of who's above you or below you — or one you haven't said out loud yet. Bring it to me first. Free, no-name proposal, before anyone above you knows I exist.
If you're the one who has to say yes
An outside read that isn't selling you anything, isn't stuck in your org chart's politics, and doesn't cost you a dollar until you decide the answer is worth paying for.
The network behind the free proposal
Not a cold-outreach list. Real C-level leaders I've sat with directly. When I say I have more resources and a bigger network than anyone you'll meet at your next conference, click any name below.
And on the record, on my show — leaders from Chase Lending, U.S. Bank, and Raymond James have already sat across from me. Not paid placements. Not stock photos.
Query the network
Type a bank, credit union, or IMB. I don't publish my contacts, and nothing about you or your question goes anywhere until you say so.
Access confirmed instantly. The actual introduction is made by me, on a call — never handed out publicly.
Proof, not a pitch deck
ICE Conference 26. The New England Mortgage Bankers Conference. MBA National. HousingWire's Housing Economic Summit. MorPAC. The Digital Mortgage Conference. The advocacy trips most vendors skip entirely. Every one of these is a real badge, at a real event, in the actual room — not a stock photo library.

This is the first batch. There are years more of these — say the word and I'll add them.
Where this started

Before LenderSignals, before the show, I was the guy cold-calling 300 lenders a day pitching a mobile app idea nobody asked for. That company put technology in front of 200 lenders and 72,000+ loan officers. I'm not theorizing about the mortgage industry from a slide deck — I built something inside it, sold it into it, and got told no by it more times than I can count. That's where the fifteen years actually comes from.
Free proposal. No pitch to your boss. No risk to your seat. If I can't help, I'll tell you that too — and probably tell you who can.
